A driver in Adelaide's north has been arrested and charged after allegedly performing a Nazi salute during a traffic stop on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old man from Davoren Park was pulled over by police on Main North Road at Smithfield after allegedly driving aggressively behind an unmarked police vehicle.
Police conducted drug and alcohol testing after stopping the man's Toyota sedan in a nearby car park about 5pm.
According to police, the driver returned a positive roadside drug test to cannabis.
