Two teenage boys were arrested on Sunday afternoon following a reported fight involving dozens of youths at Mosely Square in Glenelg.

Police were called to the scene after 3:50pm, and a nearby patrol arrived within four minutes. The two youths, who were fighting each other, were arrested and charged with disorderly behaviour.

"Two youths who were fighting each other were arrested at the scene and charged with disorderly behaviour," police said in a statement.

No police officers were injured during the incident. Police dispersed the crowd of onlookers and are continuing to patrol the area.

"No police officers were injured during the incident," police said. "Police are actively patrolling all coastal areas in the metropolitan area."

"Police would like to advise the public that there is no tolerance of bad behaviour by members of the public and police will be taking a proactive approach and taking positive action against those who behave in a disorderly manner in public," police added.

This incident comes more than two weeks after police reported investigating several public brawls at Glenelg and Henley Beach. Police are examining the "level of organisation" of the fights after numerous social media videos emerged online.

The two teenagers will appear in court at a later date. In the meantime, police are urging anyone who witnesses disorderly behaviour to call the Police Assistance Line on 131444.
